Rachel completed undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Olin School of Business at WashU. In her role, she oversees daily operations, including leading a team of clinical and research administrative staff, managing budgets and financial transactions, supporting faculty recruitment/onboarding, and guiding strategic planning.
